5/16/09- The Lakeview Honkers pounded out 32 hits as they swept past Butte Falls 15-5, and 15-2. With the wins the Honkers secured the league championship and a 1st round bye in the upcoming state playoffs.

Lakeview will host a 2nd round game on Tuesday May 26th.

Honkers take 2 at St. Marys

5/10/09- With a 20-4 and 11-5 sweep of the Crusaders, Lakeview all but wrapped up another SCL title. The Honkers own a 2 game lead on 2nd place Bonanza as they head to Butte Falls for a doubleheader on saturday in the SCL final.

Murphy, M. Clemens pitch LV to sweep of Cowboys



5/2/09-Justin Murphy pitched a one hitter in the first game and Matt Clemens allowed just 2 hits in the 2nd as LV swept North Lake 13-0 and 13-2.

The wins improved the Honkers winning streak to 7 games as they head to Medford to take on St. Marys next saturday.

Honkers Move into 1st with Sweep of Bonanza

4/25/09- Matt Clemens hit a grand slam and his brother Kasey threw a complete game as LV completed a sweep of Bonanza 15-3 and 7-1 to move into 1st place in the league.

Justin Murphy pitched a complete game in the earlier game for the Honkers.

Lakeview Beats Butte Falls 15-5;

Improve to 5-1 in League

4/21/09- Justin Murphy and Jonathan Boothe each drove in 3 runs to lead the Honkers over Butte Falls in a District 5 game.

Eight diffrent players drove in at least 1 run for LV in the victory.

Honkers Hang on to defeat

 ST. Marys 9-8

4/14/09- LV held a 9-4 lead entering the 6th inning, but a grand slam pulled the Crusaders to within 9-8 entering the 7th inning. LV pitcher Justin Murphy put SM out without a run and the Honkers moved to 4-1 in the SCL.

Kamp leads Honkers to 15-2 Win at North Lake

4/7/09-Catcher Colton Kamp knocked in 4 runs as Lakeview improved to 3-1 in Southern Cascade League play.

Honkers Destroy Lost River Twice, 18-0, 25-1

4/4/09- Lakeview banged out 38 hits in the doubleheader and improved to 2-1 in the SCL. Next up is at North Lake on Tuesday. at 4:30PM. 

LV Drops SCL Opener at Bonanaza 11-9

3/31/09- Kody Stiles hit a ground rule double on an 0-2 pitch with the bases loaded and two out in the bottom of the 7th inning to lift the Antlers to a 11-9 win over the Honkers.
